We ship Worldwide from Sweden.


Shipping

All orders will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and another email when their order has been dispatched. Please allow 3 working days for all orders to process. All orders will be shipped out on normal weekdays, Monday to Friday. 

Please ensure you enter your correct and complete delivery address when placing an order as we cannot be responsible for orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery details. For all shipping please include your contact phone number so that the courier may contact you if there are any problems with delivery. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 4 working days, please contact customer service. Thank you.

We deliver to all corners of the world.
Shipping cost is 90 SEK (approx. 9 euro/usd). Delivery estimate 3-8 working days from dispatch.

Deliveries are made in cooperation with the Swedish postal services and their partners in other countries around the world. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us when your order is shipped. Once reaching your country, it may take additional days for the package to be passed through customs. This additional time varies with each country.

Taxes
All international customers are responsible for customs import taxes and duties within their own country. We will include an invoice with each parcel stating the full amount of each package. An estimation on charges for each country can be obtained here.

RETURNS

Here at Boho Mojo, we want all our customers to be pleased with all of their orders.
We know that not every purchase will fit & returns or exchanges are sometimes needed. Because of this, we offer no-hassle easy returns.

Return Policy:

The goods must have been unused and are in as new condition All products must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, & smoke/smell free condition.
Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged. All products must be returned in their original condition with packaging and tags included.

Exchange
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to send your original item back to our Returns Department.  Once we have received your return you will then be issued store credit for the returned item in which you may use to purchase a new size.  We cannot guarantee the item you would like will still be available when the return reaches our department.

No return
Sale items are all final sale & cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on jewelry or accessories (unless there is damage).

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on lingerie, swimwear, cosmetics or earrings (unless your item arrived damaged or is deemed faulty). So be extra careful to choose correct color and size when ordering. Email customer service for questions regarding specific measures. We do not accept returns on gift cards.

Original shipping fees are not-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
You can always feel safe when buying from Boho Mojo. All items received for return within the 14 day period will be completely refunded. If an item is received between 15-30 days, it will be returned as store credit. Your refund is first processed when the product reaches our ware house. It usually takes 3-4 days after we receive the items depending on your bank.
Note that you bare the cost for order regrets and refunds. Always keep a proof of your return until we receive your package.

No returns, exchanges or refunds will be offered for goods purchased "on sale" or discounted offer.

Reclamation
We guarantee that the products you have ordered are in good shape when you receive them. If you receive a broken or wrong products, please contact customer service as soon as possible.

Damaged/Defective Goods
All of our products are carefully checked before they are packaged. If an item is received damaged or defective customer service needs to be notified within 3 days for a full refund. Notification past the 3 day return window will not be eligible for a refund. 

Faulty/Incorrect Goods
We aim to send you the correct order every time, however, we are all human and mistakes are inevitable. If for any reason your items are faulty or incorrect, please get in touch immediately via email. We allow 30 days from purchase to refund/exchange a faulty item. We always bare the cost for shipping if you receive wrong or faulty product/s. Always keep a proof of your return until we receive your package.

We highly recommend using a trackable return method. Once we receive your package, your return will be processed in 2-5 business days. The original form of payment will be credited in the form of store credit. You will receive an email when your return is processed.

We reserve the right to cancel a sale in the event stock is sold out or our suppliers are unable to supply an order, and for any price errors that may occur.
